U.K. standard delivery is £5.00. The jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature.
Standard Postage to Europe is £12 and to The Rest Of The World is £15.

Any import duties or customs charges are levied once they reach your country and Mills Young is not responsible for any import duties which might be liable on receipt. Mills Young has no control over this and cannot predict exactly what the charges will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Postage and packing costs are non refundable. We aim to despatch items that we have in stock within 7 working days. These normally arrive promptly but please allow 7 to 14 working days for UK deliveries. If items are out of stock, we will email you with an estimated delivery time.

If you wish to return an item for refund, please send it back to us unworn, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging within 14 days. Please obtain proof of postage on all returns. If you would like to return items then please email us on for the returns address within 14 working days.

All sale items must be returned within 7 working days.
Please note that we examine every item of jewellery individually before it is sent out.
Any item of jewellery returned to us must be in the same perfect condition as when it left us.
Please note that for hygeine reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings.


Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

You are able to amend or cancel your order at any time in the order processing up until you reach the Payment page.
Once payment has been taken (if you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel) then you can return any unwanted items to us in accordance with our refund and returns policy.

Wherever possible we will try to exchange items but cannot always be sure of stock availability. As with returns, any items for exchange must be returned to us unworn, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging within 14 days. Always obtain proof of postage when returning items for exchange and email us at before you return the items for stock availability and the address to return the jewellery to.

Payment for all orders placed is via PayPal’s secure online system. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please email us at to pay by credit card. Mills Young cannot accept any responsibility or liability arising from a disputed transaction made with PayPal, and advises that you read the company’s terms and conditions before entering into any such transaction. Goods will not be dispatched by Mills Young until ‘notification of payment received’ is received by us from PayPal.
